Hoppers (Appam) are a type of pancake originating from Sri Lanka and South India, made with fermented rice batter and coconut milk. Commonly seen at roadside food stalls all over Sri Lanka, they can be eaten at any time of the day and are usually served with a hot curry and spicy condiments.

Roistan Perera is a well known and respected Sri Lankan master chef who runs his own catering company in London specialising in traditional Sri Lankan cuisine and the ever popular street foods, Hoppers and Kotthu Roti.
Roistan has been featured on BBC and is the go-to chef for any Sri Lankan event in the UK.
Ashen Fer is a London-based open format DJ who has got the crowds moving at Ministry of Sound, EGG LDN, Lightbox, Zebrano, Trapeze and many more venues throughout London.
Chippie has been smashing parties at home and abroad since the late nineties. He held a DJ residency at Ministry of Sound London for seven years and is a brand creator and roti lover.
